Xenia is the head of CX Financia’s Regulatory Licensing and Compliance Governance practice. She leads end-to-end authorisation projects for investment firms, Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) and other regulated entities operating within the Cyprus and broader EU regulatory framework. She specialises in translating complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory obligations — including MiCA, DORA, the EU AMLA framework and CySEC supervisory requirements — into clear, implementable licensing strategies, governance structures and compliance programmes. Xenia advises boards and senior management on regulatory risk, economic substance requirements and ongoing supervisory obligations, ensuring that each client’s compliance posture is proportionate, defensible and sustainable. Internally, Xenia defines the firm’s compliance methodology and documentation standards, designs professional development and AML/CFT training programmes, and oversees quality assurance across all licensing and advisory engagements. As an HRDA Certified Trainer, she delivers accredited regulatory training to both internal teams and client organisations.
