Konstantinos combines two complementary disciplines at CX Financia: regulatory technology and digital strategy on one hand, and CRM architecture and client experience management on the other. His academic background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering provides a rigorous technical foundation — an analytical mindset trained to understand systems, diagnose failure points and engineer reliable solutions — which he applies equally to regulatory technology assessments and to the design of client-facing digital processes.

On the regulatory side, he leads IT and ICT risk assessments aligned with DORA requirements, evaluates clients’ internal systems against CySEC and EBA expectations, and designs practical remediation roadmaps. His work covers ICT governance frameworks, cyber resilience, third-party ICT provider risk and the implementation of RegTech solutions for AML monitoring and automated regulatory reporting — helping regulated entities build technology frameworks that are genuinely audit-ready and operationally resilient.

On the CRM and client experience side, Konstantinos leads the strategic planning and management of the firm’s client relationship systems, ensuring that every stage of the client journey — from first enquiry through to engagement completion — is structured, trackable and consistently high quality. He designs CRM workflows, client communication frameworks and performance dashboards that give management real-time visibility into engagement health, client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This combination of regulatory depth and client-facing strategic thinking makes him a key contributor to both the quality of the firm’s advisory output and the strength of its client relationships.
