Theodora’s role sits at the boundary between enterprise technology and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the systems, processes and data flows underpinning client engagements are structured, auditable and fit for regulatory purpose. Her academic background in Electrical and Computer Engineering gives her a strong analytical foundation — an ability to decompose complex systems, identify inefficiencies and design solutions that are both technically sound and practically workable. Following her academic studies, she has obtained several professional certifications that further strengthen her work across compliance technology and digital governance.

She leads the design and optimisation of CX Financia’s client relationship and project management infrastructure, ensuring that licensing milestones, regulatory submissions and documentation are tracked and managed to a consistently high standard.

A core part of her work involves mapping end-to-end operational workflows — spanning client onboarding, KYC documentation, AML screening, licensing project management and ongoing regulatory reporting — and then identifying where automation, digital tools or improved data governance can reduce manual risk and improve reliability. She designs management dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks that give both internal teams and client leadership real-time visibility into compliance timelines, documentation status and engagement progress.

Working closely with Konstantinos, Theodora contributes to the firm’s broader RegTech initiatives, evaluating digital tools and ensuring their implementation is aligned with regulatory expectations. She also delivers internal training on system usage, digital documentation standards and workflow management, strengthening the firm’s capacity to deliver consistent, evidence-based advisory services at scale.
