Responsibilities/capabilities include, but not limited to:

• Incorporation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well maintenance of existing companies
• Secretarial Duties, Filling and Record-Keeping
• Reviewing KYC and compliance paperwork for the onboarding of new clients
• Comply with KYC requirements, maintain and update relevant records
• Preparation of bank forms and liaising with banks for client bank account opening procedures
• Preparing and filing documents with the Registrar of companies in various jurisdictions
• Preparing corporate documents including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds and related trust documents
• Managing relations and liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters
• Deal with any other general matters relating to the clients’ affairs as may be required from time to time

We wish to employ someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business administration
• Experience in the formation and maintenance of Cyprus and/or Overseas companies will be considered an advantage
• Experience in the corporate banking field will be considered an advantage
• Highly motivated, ability to use own initiative, prioritize and work independently
• Strong administrative, planning and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, word, excel
• Verbal and written communication in both Greek and English

 Responsibilities/capabilities include, but not limited to:

• Managing invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting software
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
• VAT, VIES submissions
• Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Preparation and execution of bank account application forms and communication with banks
• General administrative and bookkeeping tasks and provision of support related to the corporate matters of the company and clients
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or any other related field
• Experience in the accounting field (bookkeeping and all other areas in regards to accounting and payroll)
• Knowledge of the International Accounting Standards (IAS)
• Ability to read and understand Financial Statements
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

• Previous experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role is required

• Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
• Manage social media and website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and data analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
• Improve search-engine rankings
• Share qualitative content on different social media channels
• Monitor and improve (if needed) the company’s online reputation
• Create, send and answer email campaigns
• Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other relevant fields
• A minimum of two up to five years of experience in copywriting, online marketing or a related field
• Excellent English writing and editing skills;
• Ability to create content using different tones of voice and across different platforms – from short creatives (i.e. social media, banner ads) to long articles;
• Previous experience with SEO tools and concepts
• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity – basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Passionate for all things Marketing and keep up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail is a must

• Some experience or a strong interest in the corporate and financial services industry is highly preferred.

• English proficiency.
• University degree
• Strong personality and the ability to commence and conclude issues from start to finish.
• Good knowledge of CySEC regulatory framework.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Compliance and AML role.
• Must have CySEC Advanced Certification. AML certification will be a plus.

• Closely cooperate with and assist the Group’s Head of Compliance to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Monitor the ‘Know Your Customer’ and ‘Client Due Diligence’ procedures.
• Ensure that the compliance procedures are followed in order to comply with CySEC and MiFID ii requirements.
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements as evolving best practices in the Compliance department.
• Assist the Group’s Head of Compliance in internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
• Prepare annual regulatory reports
• Take ownership of the induction training for all new employees, annual AML training and any other ad-hoc training requirements
• Performing transaction monitoring to detect suspicious transactions which deem additional review and escalation
• Prepare and update existing policies and procedures of the company.
• Reviewing and approving marketing content
• Performing content reviews of the company websites
• Performing day-to-day desk-based reviews and inspections in accordance with the compliance risk assessment and monitoring program, to evaluate compliance of the company with its legal and regulatory obligations and the effectiveness of the internal policies and control procedures.
• Examining, evaluating, and responding promptly to client complaints
• Undertaking additional duties as and when required.

• Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm working hours.
