Maria is the first point of contact for clients engaging with CX Financia, playing a central role in shaping the quality and consistency of the client experience from the very first interaction. Her academic background in education and language — including postgraduate research into communication, voice and identity — gives her an instinctive ability to listen carefully, communicate with clarity and adapt her approach to each client’s needs and expectations. Following her academic studies, Maria has obtained several professional certifications that complement her client engagement and advisory support work.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating communications between clients and the advisory teams, tracking the progress of ongoing engagements, following up on outstanding client actions and ensuring that nothing falls through the gaps across multiple concurrent projects. She acts as the connective thread that keeps clients updated and internal teams aligned on priorities and timelines.
Maria brings a warm, professional approach to every client interaction and takes genuine ownership of the client journey — from the first enquiry through to the successful completion of an engagement. Her role is instrumental in maintaining the high standards of responsiveness and care that CX Financia’s clients have come to rely on.
